Producing artworks after-hours, they are professionals on education, advertising, art administration, art research and graphic design. 恆發行自2006年夏天由八個人合租而成，內有街頭藝術家和應屆中大藝術系畢業生。各人從事教育、廣告製作、畫廊、藝術研究及設計等工作，皆以工餘時間製作藝術品。
